About:China Postal Service

My item RB320052570CN have no update since 1st august 2013 !!!

I have checked my item and i realise that the updates stuck at 1st august 2013. Would they make the delivery to airport would take 2 and half week still not complete and move on to the next process? I need help someone explain what is wrong with my package. And why the service is so poor on chinapost.

That's right. There is no more information since Aug. 1st. But it may not be the problem of China Post. It should be on the way to your country and the transfer thing is slow.

Keep in mind that different websites explain the same status in different ways. For example, what here is marked as "delivered to airport", will show up as NULL in the ChinaPost tracking website, and as "Flight Depart" in other websites.

From my experience, this status means the parcel has been sent to your country. It takes longer for parcels to arrive to some countries. Try using the tracking number in our countries tracking website (for your national postal service) and see if it shows up there.
