Hi, you should make sure if the company is approved to hire foreigners. If yes, your employer should get you the Employment Certificate for Foreigners (Work Permit) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the PRC. If this is the first time for your employer to do this, to apply through an agency is necessary.

Dear Mr.Hunk,

If my company has not been approved to hire foreigners, then using a service from an agency will help us?

I am in Guilin, Guangxi and have no ideal about an agency like that, even though I tried to find in the internet in English. We can use a service from another location?

Thanks and Best regards.

No, if you company has not been approved to hire foreigners, your employer will not be able to hire you.
Some agencies provide services to get employment license or work perimit. So, if you are not clear about this, you can ask for employer to find a visa egency for help.
