Zhengzhou to Shaolin or Dengfeng?

what is the best way (apart from taxi) to get from ZZ to Shaolin. Is there a direct bus or shared coach from a travel agency; how long would it take. Would it be better if i go to Dengfeng first, then to Shaolin temple.
Is there any taxi going one way only, to Dengfeng. how much would it cost.

Hi, direct bus can be the bst way. At the Central Coach Station at the opposite of ZZ Railway Station, there are frequent buses to Shaolin Temple and Dengfeng. It takes around 2h to Shaolin.

There might be shared coaches from certain travel agency, but those are provided to their own customers who join their tour.

Yes, there is single journey taxi from ZZ to Dengfeng. It costs CNY230-260. If the driver charges more, bargaining is necessary.

Thanks. Can you tell me whether the ZZ subway/Metro is in service. What time is the last shuttle bus from ZZ airport to city.

No, the subway in ZZ is still unavailable.

I remember the last shuttle bus leaves the airport around 20:00.
