About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt

do the Russian passport holders need visa for visiting China and Hong kong ..?

Pls I want to know, And if so can i have it from Cairo .?

Yes, you need one to mainland, but you are allowed free entry to HK for 14 days. As I know, all applications are required to be submitted through travel agencies in Cairo. BTW, 3 months valid residence there or above is required.
