About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Multiple entry without prior Chinese Visa.

Can I get a 6 or 12 month multiple entry tourist L at SF China embassy without having ever had a Chinese L before? I have 72 hour free stamps from short 2-3 day visits in Beijing in my passport.

I am afraid not if you apply for the first time. Or, at least you should provide travel itinerary, air (train, ship) ticket and the hotel reservations for multiple entries.
