About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Replacement of a lost Hong Kong Identification Card in Toronto

I lost my HK Identification card on board of a flight, I will only be going back to Hong Kong in next 12 months, how can I get my lost card replaced here in Toronto?

Hi, you have to visit the consulate in person for this application. As I know, the application will be sent to HK for approval so it may take about more than one month. You are suggested to contact the consular office direclty for more information.
