hi i am citizen of UAE, i am planning to visit Macau has trourist for four days, do i need visa?

Yes, it is required, but you can get it on arrival.

Yes you do but you can get it on arrival and please ensure to have a minimum of 1500$ in hard cash or any form of proof for financial support.
