In case of divorce, do you get the custody of your baby? If so, you can bring your baby back to your country. Otherwise, I don't think you can bring him/her legally out of PRC.

What if the baby has Philippine passport too? The baby is chinese national but his birth was reported to the philippine consulate and in the philippines so he got phil passport.

It doesn't matter about the passport. If you don't have the custody of your kid, you can't take him out unless you have the letter from his dad, in which he agrees that you can take him out. Besides, the letter has to be notarized.
