An Interesting Confusion between dog and sheep

I have 2 Very Important Questions For Everyone.

I am Male Dog (1982). My Girlfriend is Sheep (1991).

According to Chinese Zodiac, this compatibility has Only 40% Match. What is the main reason behind this?
As because, according to Our Zodiac (Nepalese), We believe the 12 signs from their nature.

Example - Rooster (Ours is Bird) and Snake are Not good match in our zodiac because both can attack each other in nature world But in Chinese Zodiac, they are wonderful pair.
Likewise, in my case, Dog & Sheep live very comfortably and friendly in the real world. So, we believe that both signs are very much wonderful pair due to their friendly nature but in Chinese Zodiac, they are not a good pair.

Question 1 - So, In what way or reason, Chinese Zodiac says Dog & Sheep are not good match? (Or as whole, How this Chinese Zodiac have made the compatibility of these signs?)


Question 2.

I was thinking of discussing about marriage plan and showing wedding dresses to my girlfriend on her birthday but then, I had car accident on her birthday, I was OK (hurt my back and chest though), however, I couldn't able to talk/show her that day. I have been disappointed and hurt that such incident happened on her birthday. Now I think that she is not the One for me. But I love her so much. I want to marry her. She wants me too. She doesn't know that I had accident on her birthday. And Chinese Zodiac says Ours (Dog & Sheep) are only 40% match and due to such bad thing happened,

Does this mean She is Not the One for me that accident happened on her birthday? OR Is she really the one for me because i am still alive when i had accident on her birthday? I want to know How the Chinese Zodiac view on this kind of situation.
