About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

if we fly cathay pacific are we entitled to free shuttle serive for HK airport ?

on your website you say that the free service is offered is " provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers traveling between Hong Kong or Kowloon station"

we are travelling with cathay Pacific & staying at harbour plaza metropolise ... are we entitled ?

The free shuttle bus operating between Kowloon Station and the hotels are provided by the airport travel pass instead of the airline companies.
For your hotel, you can take the airport express to reach Kowloon Station where you can change to take the free shuttle bus K1 to reach your hotel directly.
