difference betwen shenzhen and nanshan

please i will like to know the differnce shenzhen and nanshan,can't i order stand fan from shenzhen and easily have it in port of nanhan?

You must refer to Nanshan District at Shenzhen City. It belongs to Shenzhen. As for the so-called post, it should be Shekou Port in this district. You can certainly order that in Shenzhen and get it in the port.
