You need to get your documents attested by your Foreign Affairs Ministry and then bring them to the Chinese embassy for attestation. And some commercial documents have to be attested by chamber of Commerce and Industry before submitting to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
