Marriage certificate attestation if on Stoplist and requirements for attestation

I am married to a chinese Girl we Have gotten our marriage certificate from NADRA Pakistan And is attested by the Foreign Ministry MOFA as well.
The issue is I am probably(i m not sure) banned or blacklisted by the Chinese Embassy because I applied year and a half back on a JW202 letter which was issued to me by an agent and unluckily it was fake. Consistently my visa is refusing with a red stamp every time I am applying after that.
Now I want to attest my Marriage certificate from the Chinese Embassy so will they attest our marriage certificate or not?
Moreover if they do what other supporting documents are necessary along with marriage certificate to be attested by the Chinese Embassy as in our case one partner is chinese citizen.

Arman, you can attest your marriage certificate from the Chinese embassy. It's totally a different affair. Besides the marriage certificate, you need to take your passport and a copy of it and an application form. Note that your marriage certificated should be notarized by the local notary public and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan before taken to the Chinese embassy for authentication.
