About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Do we require a single or double entry visa?

We spend five days in Beijing from where we depart on a cruise ship - re-entering China at Shanghai
7days later for a 12 hours visit ..

When applying for this visa by post do I only pay for said visa fee and postage cost ....

You need to apply for a double entry one. Except for the application cost and postage fee, you have to pay the service charge since you need to apply from the CVASC in Australia.
