I have a 4 to 5 hours in Hongkong, is it possible to go for city tour?

If you take flight to Hongkong and have 4 to 5 hours stopover there before heading to another country, I am afraid time is not enough for you to go for a city tour. You can walk around near the airport or just stay at the airport for some tea or coffee.
