Service charge for changing money at Pudong Intl Airport in Shanghai

Can any one who has exchanged money recently at the airport kindly advise the service charge levied by the banks at the airport and also if exchanged at a bank in the city what was the service charged levied.

If after the levy charge do the give official exchange rate, or that is also decreased and in addition a service charge is also levied

The service charge is 50RMB every time.
If you exchange in the banks of the city, there is no service charge.
The levy charge is the official exchange rate and it charges the same at every exchange point in the airport.
