Baggage length

Can I know "The total length of each item cannot exceed 160 cm" : Is this the measurement for around the baggage?

If 2 persons sharing 1 baggage, what it the weight allowed?

Yes. It is the measurement for the luggage. If you two just have one luggage, and the luggage is not huge, you could take it and board the train.
