Take airport shuttle bus line 1 to Xihuamen. Then take a taxi to your destination within several minutes.

Hi, you'd better exchange currency at the airport, because I am not sure banks in the city can exchange UAE dollars. Anyway, around 530m from the campus, there is a branch of Bank of China. You can have a try!
