visiting suzhou sept. 2013 advice

Hi,I will be visiting that city in the first week of September this year. I mostly want to visit the gardens. Is there anything I should know about closures, renovations, or changes in hours during that time? Where would I look to find out?Thank you!

As far as I know, the gardens provide tour guide for tourists at the entrance, so I think you may join them to travel around as well as know some information about these gardens. There are also some direction boards or explainantions in different small spots for visitors to learn. Or you can learn some information online before you go and then travel there on your own.
