From your hotel, you can easily find the bus E11 to reach Lantau Link Toll Plaza where you can find the direct buses R8 to take you to reach the Disneyland directly. The bus takes about half an hour on the way.
For the whole journey, the adult costs about 25HK$ and the child costs about 16HK$.
