About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

L Visa for Parents in Law

Hi,
I got my one year working permit and resident permit. i want get my parents in law for 180 day stay in china. Can i apply the L for them from China ? if so what are the documents needed

Hi, this can not be done China, you can send them an invitation letter and copies of your work Z and residence permit for application. BTW, your proof of relationship is required, such as marriage certificate and your spouse's birth certificate. The consular officers will make the final dicision.
PS. I am not sure if they can get one with 180 days as duration under new rule.
