what sight seeing activities do you recommend for our visit in nanning in september 3rd?

We are a pipe band (12 people) from Scotland and will be performing at the Folk Festival. We would welcome suggestion of things to do in the city . Also we have two days for sight seeing at the end of our stay.Is it possible to hire mini-buses to take us on excursions?If so what would you recommend?

For sightseeing, Nanhu Lake Park and Mt. Qingxiu cannot be missed. Together with other attractions, you can arrange your itinerary as the suggestion in this page. As you have 12 people, it is suggested to ren a mini-bus for an easy trip. Well, you must be going to stay in a hotel in the city. You can turn to your hotel for bus rental. The 3rd Guangxi Horticultural Exposition will be held since mid Sep. so in the beginning of Sep. you may have a chance to have a beforehand view.
