i want to ask how we can get autentication of nbi clearance

Hi, I'm Perlina I work before in Guangdong province but now I transfer to work in Qingdao my Visa is valid now, but I need to transfer my working permit here in Shandong Qingdao, but emigration ask me to get NBI certificate to show that I have no criminal record in Philippines from Chinese embassy in Philippines, how we could get this certificate and what is the requirements?. I have NBI in my hand but already expired, because I work in china more than 2 years. is this easy to get certificate in Chinese embassy, it is ok other person will this certificate? I have already NBI clearance in Chinese embassy last 2 years ago when I first time to apply wotk Z I submit my NBI,

Hi, you may made a mistake on this issue, because as I know, you should apply NBI clearance through Philippine embassy or consulate in China. Chinese embassy does not issue such a document. If you are now living in Guangdong, you are suggested to visit the philippine consulate in Guangzhou directly for this.
