About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

i have a reservation for the empire hotel in kowloon, when i arrive into hong kong, where do i go to get on the free shuttle to my hotel

You need to take Airport Express Train to Kowloon Station first. Upon your getting off there, walk following the guiding signs to find the free shuttle bus to show your ticket for Express Train to take buss line K4. It will take you to the hotel directly.
