Besides MTR, bus can be good for you. Walk from where you are to Kowloon Railway Station bus terminus to take bus no. 281A or 296D and get off at HAIPHONG ROAD TST Then walk to your destination.
For thr back journey, you can also take the same bus at MIDDLE ROAD TST to Kowloon.0
