Help! My item has been NULL for quite sometimes now? What should I do? My tracking no. is RB269030308CN.

Please help. Thanks

According to my experience -you just need to wait, some of item from China stack on status NULL in CAN since July 25.
That means NULL-Airport
CAN- GUANGZHO
