About:Marriage Registration in China

Visa after marriage with Chinese

Hello we had married in China last year, what type should I apply if we want to stay here? Any other necessary procedure or documents?

According to the new regulation, the right type for you should be Q1. Your marriage certificate is necessary and invitation letter from your Chinese spouse, a copy of his Chinese ID.
