How do I get there from Bangkok Thailand? I am a Golf Agent in Thailand and interested in brining golfers to that wonderful place.

There are many small but tasty food restaurants in the anciet towns. The hotels as well as hostles are very special and have their own characteristics. The local Sifang Street is the place where you can find most of them. From your country, you can fly to reach Mong kok and then change to take a flight to reach LJ directly.
