About:China Visa Fees

What does * mean on the number of entry?

I just received an extension to my business visa but the entry has an * mark and on the remark mentioned my duration of stay. I'm a bit troubled what does this mean..

Hi, as I know, it means zero entry with only duration of stay issued to extend your stay without exit.
