Can we get china visa for 1day via hongkong?how and where?

Hi,me and my family will be in hongkong this october.We are Filipino citizen.We have returned tickets already.And we are planning to go Shenzhen for 1 day.

I think you'd better apply for it in your country since no one can guarantee that you can get VOA at Luohu Border.
