voa in lowu shenzen

We are agroup of four, my 2 daughters and my sister who'll be travelling to HK in Nov. We are planning to go shopping in Lowu for just 1 day. Can we get a VOA at Lowu border? If yes, how fast?

Have you ever been to mainland China before? If not, I am afraid that you may not get the VOA at Luohu Border. My advice is to apply for one in advance before you leave your country. It's the safest way and your trip to Shenzhen will not be ruined if you can't get the VOA at Luohu Border.
