About:Marriage Registration in China

single certificate gotten. Should i need to go to my embassy here for a summary of me certificate?

i got my single certificate myself back home.i m now in china getting ready to marry. Can just use the one i got back home? and if i make ask.does the certificate expire?

Dear SLY,

I don't know who issued the single certificate to you. If your embassy issues it to you, you should go to the Chinese embassy in Ghana to attest it again. Otherwise, you need to get it attested first by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of your country and then get it attested again by Chinese embassy in your country. The single certificate is usually valid for 3 to 6 months.
