Staff in back to China and has now gotten work permit can continue to stay in China?
Hi,
I would like to check if our staff has flown back to China on July and has gotten his work permit there this month does he need to come back to Singapore when the 3 months is up or the work permit supersedes his previous visa?
Can he apply for the Chinese Temporary Residence Permit with his work permit or he has to get his Z permit first? Can we apply the Z permit on behalf of him in Singapore since he is still in China?
