The fastest way should be to take the direct intercity bus at the airport to Tianjin and it takes around 2.5h.0

It is also a good idea, but if you wan to take that trains, you need to go to BJ South Railway Station first.
From the airport, the shuttle bus line 10 can take you to reach the south railway station directly.0
