As I know, there is no free shuttle service for that, but they do provide the pick-up service from the airport, but u need to pay for that. And reservation in advance is necessary.
Yes, your hotel is around 500m from BJ Railway Station, where you can take a normal air-consitioner train to Zibo. For the high-speed ones, you need to go and catch at local South Railway Station.0
