for 1 month from china to thailand , I still not receive my item can you help me ?

Yes, it is so slow, but luckily, it is being normally posted. I just tracked for you and your item was delivered to Guangzhou International Airport on Jul. 26. It must be ready to or have been posted overseas to its destination.
