Official data: RB567604112CN 2013 NULL PEK CL 20130704 0401

2013 NULL PEK CL 20130704 0401 almost a month since collected at origin in China. Package was sen to Chile. Status not updated since July 4. Still not received in Chile, their system says RB567604112CN does NOT exist. I have already been told to be patient.
Can you please explain
why it says NULL and
what is PEK
Will I ever receive it?
Please do not waste your time telling me to be patient. I want to know the meaning of NULL and PEK in the China tracking system.

Sorry, till now, there is still only the information on Jul. 4 online. It is very strange that it has changed for such a long time. If it is urgent, you may dial 86-11185 to consult China Post directly.

Anyway, PEK refers to Beijing Capital. NULL here is actually the state of "Delivery to Airport". Just due to the flaw of China Post tracking system, it does not have the equivalent expression when it is translated from Chinese to Englsih, so it shows NULL.
