Requirements for visa to attend conference in Shanghai.

I am Associate professor in Dhaka Children Hospital,which is the biggest children Hospital of the country. I want to go to Shanghai for an international conference. Now please inform me what are the documents I need for it.

Following documents are required:
A. application form (student and work visa applicants please fill in both Form A and supplementary Form B)
B. passport original and photocopy
C. one photo
D. Original Invitation Letter or Confirmation Letter of Invitation from the conference organizer; or Guarantee letter from Chinese inviting company; bank statement and tax certificate of your company.
