Chinese Visa in Hong Kong

Dear All,
in March, I made a multiple entries in Hong Kong, using the travel Service at HK airport. I gave the passport in the afternoon and I got it back the next day.
Now I have a brand new passport (but I still have the old one) and I would like to do the same. I tried many time to call the Service agency, but no answer. I'm arriving in HK the 28th of August and I need one on the 30th. Can I do it in HK or is it better that I do it in Bangkok? (I'm staying 3 days)

Thank you very much

Hi, I am not sure if you are a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card holder, if yes, you can apply in HK. The new regulation came into effect from July 1st, there may be changes when apply in HK through the said agency. So you can try to apply in Bangkok or just try to contact the agency again for the latest information.
