express HK visa from Dubai

I am a Lebanese national residing in Dubai. I will be going to Bali for my honeymoon on the 20th of August, 2013, through Cathay Pacific Airways.
I plan to stop in HK on the way back from Bali for 2 days, from the 1st of september till the 3rd, to enjoy the city. I have already booked my airline tickets and hotel reservations through Dnata (travel agent in Dubai). However, I was told that application will require 6 weeks for approval, which obviously wont fit my schedule.
My question is, is there any express service to get it approval? If yes, how much is the fee?
