In Dalian: 1. What are the public or tourist buses going to the famous Binhai Road?

2. how much does it cost? 3. how far is it from the main city area?

You can take bus line 531 to reach Haixing Square or line 2 and line 30 to reach Laohutan Staions. Then you can get off the bus to walk to reach the Binhai Road.
The Haixing Squre is on the west side of that road anda the Laohutan is along the road.
The Binhai Road is about 8 to 10km from the local railway station

There's no public or tourist buses to the Binhai road. You should by the bus No.16,18,202 to the Plaza Xinghai,and then walk by the road.
