Etiquette for meeting people and eating

Hi there, I will be visiting China for the first time at the end of August and wanted to ask if there is any obvious etiquette that one must observe (a) When meeting and greeting people (b)when eating in or out?
Many Thanks

I have lived in China for almost two years. Here is what I know:
Meeting and greeting people: it is suggested not to wear too casually when meeting someone. When greeting, you'd better look into their eyes, or it is impolite behavior. Chinese people greet by shaking hands, especially between men and for business purpose.

Eating: If you eat in a family, don't feed youself until all members are seated. And when the host add food to your bowl, don't refuse them too directly. When eating out, say in a restaurant, there seems nothing that needs to be observed.
