Hi, as to the regulation of Chinese embassy, you can only apply for a group L with invitation letter from a Chinese travel agency. That is to say, you have to travel in a group.0

Dear Martins,
You need to contact a qualified travel agency first and join a tour group with other travelers from Nigeria. The travel agency will send you an invitation letter (issued by china tourism bureau) it is required for a group visa to China.
Or you should ask your partner or cooperator in China to provide it for you.
