Visiting student in HK needs express student visa (within one day)

Hi, I would like to apply for a student type (if possible multi-entry) in HKSAR. Currently I'm in Colombia till aug 15th and I will fly to HK on aug 21st. So, I'll be only few days in Switzerland.

Is the express-visum still available? (I've read contradicting answers)
As a visiting student I need the form JW201 and JW202? Because I didn't received it from my guest-university (as I told them the problem)..
