About:Beijing City Bus

Bus to Shidu and where to catch the bus in Beijing

Hi. I want to go to Shidu Scenic Area in Fangshan District from Badaling. I hope to use Bus. Is it true that I can use Bus No. 836 or 917 to Shidu? All buses No. 836 and 917 go to Shidu? Can I catch the bus to Shidu from Xizhimen Long Distance Bus Station? Or where is the best place to catch the bus to Shidu? Thank you.

From Badaling, there is no buses to reach Shidu.
It is suggested to go to Shidu from BJ city again and it is true the bus 917 and 836 can take you to reach Shidu.
From Suzhuang Station of Fangshan Line, you can find bus 917 to reach Shidu directly.
The bus 836 can be taken at Tianqiao Bus Station.
From Xizhimen Bus Station, there is no buses to reach Shidu.

Thanks Richard for the information. I think I'll prefer Tianqiao Bus Station to get the bus to Shidu. I just worry that not every bus (no. 836 and 917) goes to Shidu (from BJ).
