About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

i have a letter from university in china,what medical do i need to submit?

which clinic do i need to go?thank you

If you apply for a X type, you need to download the physical examination form from the website of the embassy and do the examination at the hospital appointed by Chinese embassy. You can get the hospital list from the consular counter at the embassy.
