which office (embassyconsular) should i go for my travel permit back to hk?

Question

I lost my passport in Spain and I called HK immigration department emergency hotline that they said I have to go to Chinese Embassy in Spain to get a travel permit back to HK.  But I find there're two offices online (Embassy and Consular).  So which one I should go to get my travel permit? And can I have the full address please and office hours.  Tks a million.

Hi, please check the Consular Districts of Chinese embassy in Madrid and Chinese consulate in Barcelona first. Then go to the consular section/office of the embassy/consulate in person for the application.
