what document do I need to apply for my wife's visa? and how much time will take, we will be reaching Guangzhou on 25th July.

Hi, you need to provide your marriage certificate, her ID card, Hukou book for application. If necessary, a bank statament, covering letter from her company are required. You can also entrust an agency to handle this.
