Transport from KM airport to downtown after midnight

My plane will arrive after midnight (00:05) is there any possibility that I can take a bus to downtown let's say around 1am somewhere near Yunnan Normal Uni- International Student’s Hotel on Jianshe Road, or do I need to take a taxi? If I do take a cab, it should be around 90 yuan or more?
