Physical Examination for Z application

Hello, I had a Physical exam in China this July and I am holding my Medical Certificate. There's not enough time for my new school to renew my residence permit so, I went back to the Philippines to apply a Z again. Can I use the same Physical Exam Record instead for application?

Hi, it is acceptable so far as I know, because a medical certificate is valid for 6 months from issue date.
